Issachar People gather online via Zoom each Sunday at 4pm to worship and hear talks from respected Christian speakers. Please see information about the Gatherings below and how you can join in.

Our history

The Sunday Gatherings were initially launched as a means for like-minded believers to gather on Zoom, when many churches were closed during the Covid 19 pandemic. Now with around 200 Supporters joining weekly these Gatherings have became a natural home for Christians keen to press on to maturity and who are hungry for good Bible teaching. We serve those who recognise the significance of prophecy in Scripture and are watching and praying as the Lord fulfils His purposes for Israel and His Church but find themselves isolated in their local church, or even outside of conventional church.

What is their purpose?

To worship the Lord and from a Biblical perspective help us understand the times in which we live, whilst preparing us for challenging times ahead. Our prayer is that Supporters will be equipped, encouraged, able to study the truth of God’s word themselves and boldly able to share their hope in Jesus with those around them.

What can I expect?

Admittance starts from 3.45pm with 15 minutes of pre Gathering recorded worship songs before starting at 4pm. At about 5.20pm, there is an option to join fellowship breakout rooms, which close at 6pm. Occasionally Speakers hold question and answer sessions at the end of their talks. Supporters remain on mute throughout the main part of the Gathering.

How will I know who is speaking and the Zoom joining details?

Once you join up you will receive an email every Friday morning with these details together with links to audio recordings of the speaker talks.

What do people say about the Gatherings?

✔ This was my first Gathering and it was like coming from a dry and weary land into such unity - one in Spirit with those who have an undying love of Jesus.
